Port Bourgenay, France
Built in 2005, Bourgenay Pitch and Putt was the one of the first courses constructed in France to international Pitch and Putt standards. Port Bourgenay is situated on the west coast of France. It's between Nantes and Bordeaux at Avenue de la Mine, 85440 Talmont St. Hilaire.
Bourgenay features a number of landscaped bunkers and water hazards. Orange tees denote the Pitch and Putt course.
A large sand trap guards the left and rear of Port Bourgenay's first green, which slopes from back to front. There's a huge bunker to the left of the third green and a big tree guards the right hand side. A copse of tall trees looms large over the back of the ninth green.
The approach to the 12th hole needs to be threaded through or over a narrow gap between two massive bunkers, one right and one left. The 15th green is protected in front by a huge water hazard. Don't be short! The bunker on the right shouldn't come into play. Water looms large again on the right of the closing hole.

Port Bourgenay course is situated close to a holiday aprtament village resort and to a Marina. It recently hosted the third playing of the CPPF-organised French Cup (for club teams of four).
