Slovenia Open 2019

Yann Le Tallec wins by two

France's Yann Le Tallec claimed his second international open of the season when he closed with a final round 54 to win the Slovenia Open by two strokes at Stanezice. Yann posted a one over par 54 hole aggregate of 163 and finished ahead of six-time international open winner Ian Farrelly (Ireland, who fired 56 on Sunday. Herma Kleinlugtenbeld (Netherlands) was leading lady (and third overall) on 176, just ahead of Switzerland's Dieter Heutschi. Almir Babic was best Slovenian on 178. Holder Pere Ferret (Catalonia) returned 183, the same score as visiting Chilean Pablo Caviedes

Reigning Brittany Open Champion Yann Le Tallec (France) and 2011 European Strokeplay champion Ian Farrelly (Ireland) were tied for the lead after the two rounds of the 2019 Slovenia Open which was played at the Stanežiče course in Ljubljana from 7/8th September 2019. Both were on one over par 109 heading into Sunday's final round. Herma Kleinlugtenbeld (Netherlands) led the Ladies and was third overall, five ahead of holder Pere Ferret (Catalonia). Ian Farrelly and Herma Kleinlugtenbeld shared the 18 hole lead on 56.
