Two Catalan partnerships finished on 22 under par 140 - Manuel Amor and Carlos Vilardell just edging out their youthful counterparts Ivan Ponsdemenech and Alex Albinana on the tiebreaker. Fifth place went to another Catalan combination Fidel Soler and Sergi Arisa. Soler and Arisa took fifth slot on the final eighteen from another two Catalan teams - Jaume Vidal and Enric Sanz and early leaders Xavi Ponsdemenech and Jose Lopes.
