Garonne, France
Just off Toulouse's Ring Road (A620) and adjacent to the Garonne River, Garonne Pitch and Putt club is a nine hole course with hole lengths ranging from 50 metres to 85 metres.
Opened in 2019, the course was designed by Stuart Hallett, the renowned Scottish architect.
Water lurks to the right of the ninth green. This final hole, which measures 85 metres, is considered the most difficult at Garonne.
Sand is the principal hazard on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th holes. The bunker-less third hole is equal in length to the ninth. The 50 metre first is the shortest on the layout and is rated the easiest hole on this excellent course.
Other facilities at Garonne include a driving range (with 35 bays), Putting green, a training hole, an area for approaches, training bunkers and a Bar/Restaurant.
Situated just six kilometres from downtown Toulouse and just three kilometres from the airport, Garonne's services include a seminar and meeting room, equipped with a large touch screen with internet connection.
The course address is 5 Allée du golf, Chemin de Ginestous, 31200 TOULOUSE. Telephone: 05 62 30 10 02
