Kuredu, Maldives
Nestled on the eastern portion of the island, surrounded by palm trees and the melody of the ocean, is the Pitch and Putt course of Kuredu Resort, Maldives.
Located on a 1,800 metre by 325 metre remote island in the northern atoll of Lhaviyani, Kuredu is accessible by a 35-minute scenic seaplane flight from the main Velana International Airport. This 4.5-star resort has 383 rooms, including beach and water villas, making it the second largest resort in the Maldives
Established in 2002, the Pitch and Putt course has 6 holes averaging 55 yards or 50 metres and everyone is challenged to attempt a hole-in-one at the signature 3rd hole with its elevated tee box. Green fees are: $20 for 6 holes, $25 for 12 holes, $30 for 18 holes
The course is also floodlit, allowing for an excellent night Pitch and Putt experience. The course boasts a sports bar for players to relax with a cool drink or catch up on the latest sports news from around the world. Top sports are shown on the big screen.
The adjacent full size driving range features 10 practice bays, 7 target greens and a Practice bunker. There is a Private PGA teaching area and tuition is available on all aspects of the game. Hone your short stick skills on the Huxley Premier Nylon putting surface 9-hole practice putting green.
The island boasts a dive and snorkel centre, a watersports centre, a spa, golf and tennis courses, a kids’ club, and an extensive choice of restaurants and bars. Kuredu guests can also dine in at 5.8 Undersea Restaurant, located at the neighbouring Hurawalhi Maldives resort.
