The Playgrounds, USA

In April 2016, Bluejack National opened the first Tiger Woods-designed Pitch and Putt course in the United States.

Expertly contoured and meticulously maintained, the Playgrounds is located at 430 South FM 1486, Montgomery, Texas 77316. Montgomery is a town of some 2,000 souls and the former trading post is one of the oldest towns in Texas.

The teeshot on the 74 metre opening hole should favour the front left side of the green. Arguably the most difficult hole at The Playgrounds, the maximum dustance 2nd, features a very large bunker to the left of the green. Shortest hole is the 32 metre 5th, where the small green is protected by tall trees and a gaping front right bunker. Another maximum distance shot, the 8th, plays deceptively long to a tricky three-tier target. See if you can register an ace with your 55 metre pitch to the enticing double bowl 9th green!

Situated just 55 miles from downtown Houston, the course was the location of a famous hole-in-one on opening day. The then 11-year-old Taylor Crozier aced the very first hole in the presence of course designer Tiger Woods.
