The Tokyo Sobu Country Club Short course is located at 2498 Aiharamachi, Machida-shi, Tokyo 194-0211.
Nestled in a wooded area adjoining various university campuses and Aihara Central Park, the course stretches to a total of 1,054 yards.
Comprising 12 holes and with Bent Grass and Koryo Greens, the course has played host to a number of Pitch and Putt competitions in recent times.
The 8th at 45 yards is the shortest on the layout while the maximum distance 12th is the longest.
Opened in July 1977, the course features a number of uphill and downhill pitches with sand bunkers and water providing the principal hazards.
Green fees are offered at the Weekday Price of ¥ 2,700 and Holiday Price of ¥ 3,500.
The course is situated some 40 kilometres from central Tokyo and 60 kilometres from Tokyo's international airport.
The course lies 15km. from Hachioji IC on the Chuo Expressway. To access, leave at Hachioji IC (Exit 1) and take National Route 16 Hachioji Bypass towards Yokohama. After the toll gate, leave at the second Aihara IC and turn right towards Takao. Cross the railway crossing and turn right at Aihara intersection 2km. ahead.
