FIPPA and EPPA Council AGM

The 2012 joint Ordinary General Assembly of EPPA/FIPPA will be held to coincide with the first international tournament of the year.

Saturday, March 24 at 18:30 hours in the hotel Encantada, Lloret de Mar.

Agenda:

o Approval of the minutes of the 2011 AGM (copy enclosed)
o Reports of member associations
o Update on preparations - World Teams Championship, August 2012
o Financial report
o Any other business:
- FIPPA membership application - Galician Association
- World Strokeplay Championship venue 2013
- Proposed invitation to the northern Portuguese Pitch & Putt group to participate in the World Cup in Clonee.
- Proposal to establish a Rules Committee to update the FIPPA rules
- Proposal to introduce an international players ranking system
- Proposal to reconsider equitable annual membership quotas
- Proposal of the Korean Association to host the World Cup in 2016

Accommodation expenses will be paid by the FCPP for each member of the Boards and/or one delegate of each association.
