There are some temporary issues in Holland and there is currently no Dutch association affiliated to EPPA or to FIPPA.  The FIPPA/EPPA Board has approved a suggestion from FIPPA/EPPA President Victor Moscatel that:
1. Dutch players will be temporaily permitted to play as guests in international opens
2. the open event at Koudum in August 2016 (Saturday 13th Aug. - Sunday 14th Aug.) will go ahead and will be designated as the FIPPA Open.
