Victory for Xavier Garcia and Damien Ducept

French International Pairs, La Rochelle Sud, 2nd/3rd May 2026 Final leaderboard here

The top two pairs overnight matched each other stroke for stroke on Sunday. Similar 45s for Xavier Garcia & Damien Ducept (France) and fellow countrymen Kevin Hocquard & Baptiste Bridault meant a five stroke victory for Garcia & Ducept, who signed for a 54-hole 25 under par aggregate of 137. Hocquard and Bridault (on 142) settled for runners-up position for the second year-in-a-row, four clear of Fabrice Blouin & Martin Guy, who also fired 45 in the Sunday Greensomes. Best Mixed Return was the 159 carded by Vanessa Renoult & William Renoult (France).

Frenchmen Xavier Garcia and Damien Ducept dovetailed splendidly on Saturday to post a sixteen under par two round tally of 92 and take a five stroke lead into Sunday's final round. Ducept and Garcia fired a fabulous 42 in the first round (Fourball) and a 50 in the second (Foursomes) saw them clear of 2025 runners-up Kevin Hocquard and Baptiste Bridault.
