WPPT 2022 Event

Juan Luis Sanchez wins on -21

The World Pitch and Putt Tour hosted a tournament from August 5/7, 2022 at the Costa Daurada and El Vendrell courses. Juan Luis Sanchez (Catalonia) dominated the tourney from start to finish, shooting rounds of 47, 45 and 49 for a 21 under par tally of 141 for the 54 holes. That gave Sanchez a three stroke winning margin over Eloi Hernando (Catalonia) and MikaelLundberg (Sweden), the Catalan clinching second on the final 18 tuiebreaker.

Joan Bertran (Catalonia) fired a 49 on Sunday for a cumulative 155 (-7) to win Best Senior (John Manning Trophy). Nuria Llobet (Catalonia) won Best Lady (Pilar Montero Trophy) with a three round aggregate of 158.

The World Pitch & Putt Tour wish to get in touch with all FIPPA members to communicate the times and ways to formalize the registration of players.

In the Competition Conditions document attached, we indicate the number of places assigned to each member, as well as the way to proceed in the event that a member leaves vacant places.

The principal idea is to make our beloved sport bigger, and to achieve this, everyone’s involvement is necessary and registration must be open to all players. Special mention to the ladies players, as there is a money prize for the best player in the event.

The dates for the opening of registrations, as well as its completion and if a second opening is necessary, are explained in the competition conditions.

Desde el World Pitch & Putt Tour queremos ponernos en contacto con todos los miembros de la FIPPA para comunicar los tiempos y formas para formalizar las inscripciones de los jugadores.

En las condiciones de las competición adjuntas indica el número de plazas asignadas para cada miembro, así como la manera de proceder en el supuesto que algún miembro deje plazas desiertas.

La idea principal es la de conseguir hacer cada vez mas grande nuestro amado deporte, y para lograrlo es necesaria la implicación de todos y abrir las inscripciones a todos los jugadores. Especial mención al colectivo femenino, pues hay premio en metálico a la mejor jugadora de la prueba.

Las fechas para la apertura de inscripciones, así como su finalización y si fuera necesaria una segunda apertura, están explicadas en las condiciones de la competición.

Des del World Pitch & Putt Tour volem posar-nos en contacte amb tots els membres de la FIPPA per comunicar els temps y la forma per formalitzar les inscripcions dels jugadors.

A les condicions de la competició adjuntes indica el nombre de places designades per a cada membre, així com la manera de procedir en el cas que algun membre deixí places desertes.

La idea principal es la de aconseguir fer cada cop mes gran el nostre estimat esport, i per a aconseguir-ho es necessària la implicació de tots i obrir les inscripcions a tots els jugadors. Especial menció al col·lectiu femení, doncs hi ha un premi en metàl·lic a la millor jugadora de la prova.

Les dates d’obertura de les inscripcions, així com la seva finalització i si fos necessari una segona obertura, estan explicades en les condicions de la competició.
