Death of a Pitch and Putt icon

Tributes have been pouring in forJosep Maria de Anzizu who has died.

An enthusiastic player, an entrepreneur and an administrator par excellence, Josep Maria was admired by all for his wisdom, his courtesy and his ability to influence.

He was President of the Catalan Pitch & Putt Federation from 2005 to 2009 and of the Catalan Pitch & Putt Association from 2001 to 2009.

He was also President of the European Pitch & Putt Association (EPPA) and Secretary of FIPPA (International Pitch & Putt Federation)

The Pitch & Putt community will always appreciate the outstanding contribution of Josep Maria to the domestic and international aspects of our sport.
