Help Irish club with flood defence

Laytown, a long-etablished club and course in north-east Ireland is due to host one of the country's major championships - the Leinster Strokeplay - later in the year.

The club had invsted significant, time, money and effort into preparing the course and having it in prime condition for such a major event.

The Laytown course has been ravaged by flooding (caused by much higher than average rainfall, followed by mountainous seas) in January 2026).
