VI World Cup

Germany confirms entry

The VI World Cup of Pitch and Putt (and the first to be staged since 2016) will be played at the El Vendrell course, Tarragona, Catalonia from 11th/13th October 2024. The event logo is attached.

Holders Ireland, Australia, Basque Country, Andorra, Catalonia, Chile, France, Galicia, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain have already confirmed their intention to participate.

The World Cup that was previously played in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2016 The 2020 event did not take place due to the Covid pandemic.

The competition is for teams of three players. At the beginning of the competition, two individual rounds of strokeplay are played, which decide the seedings for team matches played in Matchplay mode..

In 2006 Catalonia already hosted the World Cup in Teià with a high level of sport and a large audience.

The Organizing Committee of the World Cup24 is already working on the preparation of the most important team competition in the world of Pitch and Putt.
