Oriol Mas (Catalonia) added a final round of 51 to his opening 47 for a winning aggregate of ten under par 98. Mas, a two-time winner of the Catalan International Open Pairs (2015 and 2019), enjoyed a two stroke victory margin over fellow Catalan, 2009 World Strokeplay champion Fernando Cano. Cano carded a 52 on Sunday en route to his 36 hole tally of 100 to take runners-up slot. It was extremely close for third place with three players finishing on 101. Josep Iglesias posted 50+51, the same as former European Team championship and World Cup winner Marc Lloret. Iglesias took third place on the last six. Lloret's 51 gave him fourth place on the tiebreaker from Joel Girbau (49+52).

Encarnaci Robledo (Catalonia) scored an impressive 107 to become the Ladies Open champion. Encarnaci finished four strokes clear of Conchi Carballo (Catalonia). Angels Taulats scored 116 to beat 2016 Catalan Ladies Open champion Pilar Montero on the tiebreaker for third place and they finished a single shot ahead of fellow Catalan Nuria Dalmau. Gloria Ruiz, who won the last three Catalan Opens (2017, 2018 and 2019), finished on 119.

Amador Rodriguez scored 104 and took the senior open on the back nine of the second eighteen from Frederic Lloret.

Oriol Mas led by single stroke overnight on -7. Mas fired a bogey-free seven under par opening round of 47 on Saturday to hold a narrow advantage after the first round from Fernando Cano. Cano was also bogey-free in compiling his first round of 48. Joel Girbau was next on 49. No fewer than five players posted 50. That group included 2019 champion Amador Rodriguez and former European Team championship and World Cup winner Marc Lloret as well as Manuel Amor, Frederic Lloret and Albert Stirones. Pilar Montero scored 55 to lead the ladies section by two strokes from Nuria Dalmau.

Heavy rain curtailed play for some of the later starters and the first round was completed on Sunday before the final round of 18 holes.
